What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfers via secure local gateways.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely! All transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted — your data’s safe with us.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available for most orders across Pakistan.
Why did my payment fail?
It could be a slow internet connection, expired card, or insufficient balance. Try again or contact us — we’ll sort it fast.
Can I use multiple payment methods?
Not in the same order. One order, one method — keep it simple!
Do you store my card info?
Nope. We don’t store any card details. Everything’s handled by our trusted payment partners.
Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Usually 2–4 working days for major cities, and 4–7 for other areas.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 2,000. Below that, delivery starts from Rs. 200.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS or email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet — yes. Just message us ASAP.
What if my parcel is late?
We’ll notify you of any delays. Or just drop us a message — we’ll check and update you right away.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes! You can return items within 7 days if they’re unused and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Just contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason — we’ll guide you through it.
Are there items I can't return?
Yes. Opened earbuds, damaged chargers, and used items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange a product instead?
Totally — if it’s in stock. Let us know what you want to swap it for!
What if my item arrives damaged?
Snap a picture and contact us immediately. We’ll replace it, no hassle.
